Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

This policy applies to all bookings with Mind First Training, including individual public courses and corporate group training packages. It outlines how cancellations, reschedules, and replacements are handled.

1. General Principles

  • All bookings require full payment to confirm.
  • Payments are non-refundable, but reschedule or transfer options may apply depending on notice period.
  • This ensures venue hire, trainer scheduling, and materials are covered.

2. Individual Public Course Bookings

  • Notice of 30 days or more: You may transfer to another available course date at no additional charge.
  • Replacement participant option: If you are unable to attend, another person may attend in your place (no fee).
  • Notice less than 30 days or non-attendance: Payment is forfeited. No transfer or credit available.

3. Corporate Group Bookings (All Packages)

  • Notice of 30 days or more: Payment may be transferred to a new training date or a credit note valid for 12 months.
  • Notice less than 30 days: Payment is non-refundable. Reschedules may be considered, but additional venue or admin costs may apply.
  • On-the-day cancellation: Payment is forfeited.

4. Force Majeure

  • If training cannot proceed due to circumstances outside either party’s control (e.g., natural disaster, illness, government restrictions), we will reschedule at no additional cost.
  • Refunds will not be provided, but flexibility is guaranteed.
